This will be a complete analysis on what the Powerpuff Girls would bring in a Death Battle using my years of being a fan of the series and the wiki for specifics.

Shared:
While the Powerpuff Girls are three different people, they each share the same strength, speed, and powers (outside one each). While in Members Only we see Buttercup represent strength, nothing really suggests that one is physically superior to the others (as numerous episodes having their strength and speed being on par with each other). In the episode Nuthin' Special, this point is made as we see numerous other powers beyond the usual set they show. So here is a complete list of the ones they share.

Flight
Electric forces
Laser beams
Superhuman strength, speed, durability and stamina
Supersonic Scream
Understanding and speaking of animal languages
Understanding and speaking of Spanish
X-ray vision
Fire breath
lightning bolts
Microscopic vision
Danger Sense
Fire Igniting Self (ala Human Torch)
Create Duplicates of themselves
Become liquid
Dangerous loogie spitting
Shrinking
Electric Shield
Card Tricks
Bulge Out Eyes
Synch Dreaming
Roaring
Matrix Dodging
and Tons of powers that show up for one episode but never another.

Pretty much, these three are Pre-Crisis Superman when it comes to powers.

Each one train in a holographic chamber capable of creating multiple scenarios as big as a giant monster invasion to as small as a single toy robot. Each one has defeated giant monsters and their villains on their own. They even were able to go forward and back in time.

Bubbles:
The Sugar of the group. The joy and the laughter. Bubbles is the nice one of the trio. While she does have the tendency to be overemotional, ditzy, naive and sensitive at times, when push comes to shove she can be aggressive. In Meat Fuzzy Lumpkins, after having a bit of her hair change into chicken, she brutalize Fuzzy alone. And in Bubblevicious, she has not only defeated Mojo Jojo alone, but also did the one thing the others couldn't do and take the training simulator to Level 11.

Her unique power is that she can understand languages better than the others. While the Professor stated her special talent was speaking Spanish, she has been shown to read Japanese Manga and speak numerous other languages, including squirrel. Her special talent may also be linked to her senses as she was able to analyze the ingredients to the Professor's Chili by smell.

While she can be up close and personal like the others, she really like to use the Supersonic Scream more than them. This is link to her emotions as despite her more aggressive side, her crying side shows off much more than that. Also, it seems she is developing ice powers of her own in the latest Powerpuff Girls special, of course that could be a mistake since none of the original creators were on it.

Blossom:
The Everything Nice of the group. The commander and leader. Blossom is the brains of the trio. While she is normally the most mature, level-headed and composed member of the group, she has been shown to be fussy, overbearing, vain, and overly analytical at times. These moments have lead to Blossom making mistakes, like stealing clubs or arguing too much with Buttercup.

Blossom strengthens her brain more than the others as she is usually shown reading a book than playing childish games. But she does play those kind of games ever so often. Blossom is also the mastermind behind the girls as she is the one that comes up with strategies for the group. This can come in both the forms of pre-planning or on the fly thinking as seen in the end of "Not So Awesome Blossom".

Her unique talent is ice breath, which she can use to freeze anything she blows on. It could be a giant meteor or the air itself. In the last PPG Special, Dance Pantsed, to make up for no longer having the Ice Breath special, she has the ability to do a laser beam from her mouth as well as aim both her eye beams to different targets. Pretty much, she can now hit three people from three different angles at the same time.

Buttercup:
The Spice of the group. The toughest fighter. Buttercup is the muscle of the trio, despite nothing really suggesting she is stronger than the others. But she earns this title by being the first to prove she's tough. This leads to her being reckless, aggressive and easily angered. Though "Makes Zen to Me" has her learning to control those emotions better. But she is still stubborn, usually arguing with Blossom or yelling at Bubbles.

Her special ability is to curl her tongue, which no one else in Townsville can do. So she makes up for it by being aggressive. Her stubbornness also helps her in continuing to fight even when the chips are down, as she made one desperate move against the reborn Rowdyruff Boys that revealed their new weakness. But this stubbornness also works against her as she tends to not like to do many things, like taking a bath or a strategy Blossom thinks up of.

Buttercup is a "hit first, ask questions later" kind of fighter. While she has shown some strategic thinking, she tends to just head into battle without worrying about the consequences. This usually works out for her because not everyone can really touch her, but it has bitten her in the butt numerous times.

Who would win in a fight:
There is a reason the Leader tends to be the one who usually wins in these kind of matches. First, if they come up with strategies, it makes logical sense that they know the strength and weakness of the people involved in said strategies. There is no question Blossom can make strategies. We've seen this in the many group plans and we see she do this solo in numerous episodes.

Biggest example would be her "Test of Heroism in the Field" in "Members Only". She came up with a plan that wiped out an entire meteor shower. We also see this during the end of " Not So Awesome Blossom" as well their first fight with Princess Morbucks. There is a reason Blossom is the brain while the others took the Speed and Strength test in Members Only.

Secondly, Blossom has the least exploitable weakness. She tends to be level-headed when Bubbles shown to be overemotional and Buttercup shown to be aggressive and stubborn. This would mean Bubbles is the first to fall since her emotions can be used against her and her two sisters know this (as that is why Buttercup tend to tease her). While Buttercup is less likely to get enraged thanks to her training, her sister has still shown to get under her skin in later episodes.

Finally, even with taking Dance Pantsed into account, Blossom has one power that Bubbles haven't shown and two over Buttercup. This gives her a few more options than her sisters. While nothing to brag about, it is still something to note. Especially one who can use said unique powers in a strategic way.

Even if Buttercup was stronger and Bubbles was faster, Blossom has enough knowledge on both of her opponents to come up with ways to defeat them. She's shown to be analytical and able to think on her feet as well as she plans ahead. She's even shown to be a better fighter in "Stuck Up, Up, and Away".

Unless their leader has a gigantic ego, it is the safe bet to pick the leader.
A quick research thing I did because of a debate I've been having with someone else. This is pretty much the most accurate information on the girls I could do until I actually have to research them for Death Battle (and that's a big if).

I would have to go with Buttercup.
While Blossom is the smartest, Buttercup actually knows EVERY abilities and traits others have (one episode has Buttercup every feats other girls can). She is more combat oriented and has better stats. She focuses on being unpredictable and quick, which would mess up Blossom's analytical skills.
