SRS 31: True Evil

Yet another comic uploaded today, this time made a lot more recent than the last one.

I was watching some old Batman episodes (and by Batman I mean Adam West) when one of the episodes had Catwoman stealing the voices of famous musicians. I thought it would be funny to see what would happen if she tried it with lip singers.

So I decided to make that comic with the modern day Batman villain, Heinz Doofenshmirtz.
