Pony Base V3 and Doctor Whoof

The Pony base I originally made has been updated once more. This time, besides the updates from the last one (forgot to credit Ren for the original improvements), more poses added which include various angles (Vixin) new walking and running sprites (the 4 in the box Vixin's original attempt), an improved Male Head (Thanks to kirby) and poses for the kid ones (again, Vixin).

Also included is color fixes and new props. And Doctor Whooves (or Whoof or whatever he is called) is on the bottom with Twilight.
