Fillmore, he's on it.

Disney's Fillmore is a great show. I honestly should have made a sprite about him a long time ago. But I eventually did. I used my Kids Next Door sprites as a base and scratched the head. So essentially this is 95% complete scratch (with the hands being from the Modern Sonic sprites). Besides a few issues, I like how this came out.
